Our power-only operation pairs Atlantic Pacific tractors and professional drivers with customer-owned trailers. Assignments may include drop-and-hook freight, trailer repositioning and recovery, dedicated lanes, and time-sensitive moves—supported by dispatch focused on communication, productivity, and dependable service.

When recruiting resumes, opportunities may be available for company drivers, owner-operators, and qualified lease-to-own candidates in dry-van and power-only transportation.

Company Drivers

Earn 28%–32% of the truck’s gross revenue. Final percentage and compensation terms depend on experience, assignment, and the written employment agreement.

Owner-Operators Welcome

Bring qualified equipment and work with a team experienced in year-round dry-van freight and dependable customer lanes. Owner-operator rates, deductions, insurance, and equipment requirements are provided separately.

Lease-to-Own

Lease-to-own programs are available to qualified candidates. Approval requirements, equipment selection, availability, and all program terms are provided in writing.

What we look for

Professional drivers ready for consistent work.

Dry-van transportation requires safe driving, dependable communication, careful trip planning, and professional service at every customer location.

  • Valid Class A CDL and current DOT medical card
  • Verifiable recent tractor-trailer experience
  • Acceptable driving and safety record
  • Ability to manage live loads, appointments, and drop-and-hook assignments
  • Clearinghouse eligibility and required drug testing
  • OTR availability and professional communication
