Lease-to-Own
Lease-to-own programs are available to qualified candidates. Approval requirements, equipment selection, availability, and all program terms are provided in writing.

What we look for
Professional drivers ready for specialized work.
Open-deck work requires attention, safe securement, clear communication, and dependable service. Final qualification requirements may vary by position and equipment.
- Valid Class A CDL and current DOT medical card
- Verifiable recent tractor-trailer experience
- Acceptable driving and safety record
- Open-deck securement knowledge and ability to tarp when required
- Clearinghouse eligibility and required drug testing
- OTR availability and professional communication
